    • Ensure timely and accurate payment of salary, incentives, bonuses, deductions, or promotions based on employee attendance, performance, leaves, and other similar components.

Qualifications:

  • 1. Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources Management.
  • 2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the engineering or technology sector.
  • 3. Skills:
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance issues.
    • Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
    • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
